Venue

Woodrow Hall was built by the Free Masons in 1914. This historic  building served as their meeting place for much of the last century. The earliest reference to the Masons dated back to about 1390 AD. The Masons practiced philanthropy throughout this historic Woodlawn  community and other surrounding areas.

This building fell into disrepair for numerous decades before being renovated in 2009 by Community Property Development, a family owned business whose mission is to restore historic buildings in Birmingham.

Woodrow Hall’s mission as an event venue is to provide superior service to anyone seeking a memorable event experience.  Over the past 10 years we have collected tons of reviews. Each review tells a story of someone’s experience here, and their valued encounters with our seasoned event industry staff.  We look forward to serving you!
